It has been a very busy summer, and now that the kids are back in school, I'm going to attempt to catch up. Knowing that we would be busy, we did swimming lessons early this summer. Leah was beside herself with excitement to be included as one of the "big" kids that got to do swimming lessons. And Annie, was pretty excited to herself to be THE BIG kid who didn't take swimming lessons. (of course, that's because she graduated by completing her lessons last summer and swimming an entire mile!!) (Oh and Annie says to make that TEENAGER).
Josh and Jake were in the same class, and Leah & Emma were in the same class too.

Leah actually started out being very, very brave...
...and stood at the end of the diving board until the teacher's helper came and helped (or threw) her off.
Emma could have and would have done it herself...but since the teacher was already there she helped her off anyway.
What? no pictures of Josh? Well, he had a baseball tournament that day, so he had to miss the diving day at swimming lessons. But--hurrah, hurrah...they all passed!!
